The Proffitt Brothers Foundation was created in July 2018 to honor the vision and mission of Greg, who passed away unexpectedly in May 2018. Greg spent his life advocating for others and giving to those in need, particularly children’s causes. He worked very hard and paid his own way through college and law school and was exceptionally proud of this accomplishment. It is in this spirit that we honor Greg’s memory by creating The Gregory B. Proffitt Esq. Memorial Endowed Emergency Resource Fund at his alma mater to assist Thomas R. Kline School of Law students who are facing hardship, including the loss of a parent.
