WishBONE MgTM (also known as OSTEOCRETE™) is a moldable/injectable magnesium-based bone void filler made from a blend of magnesium, phosphates, and a proprietary solution creating a unique resorption profile that provides stability while increasing cell proliferation and advancement of mineralization resulting in enhanced bone remodeling for multiple types of trauma/orthopedic applications.

New Indication: WishBONE MgTM (OsteoCrete) received 510(k) clearance from the FDA to be used in intervertebral body fusion procedures. This is the first magnesium-based bone graft substitute to receive clearance for use in the intervertebral body disc space, including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar fusion procedures. The product is already cleared for use in posterolateral spine procedures.
