Sophia Morales

As the XO of Spartan Medical, Sophia uses systematic approaches to maintain the distinct competitive advantages of the company. She tackles issues of substantive quality – which effect the long-term well-being of employees, community stakeholders, and business efficiencies.  Having previously served as the Government Sales Administrator for the last five years, Sophia possesses a unique insight into the strategic business practices of accounting, operations, emergency management, and sales.

As a recent graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, Sophia helps bring the latest academic developments in business analytics to Spartan.  An accomplished scholar, she completed double majors in Supply Chain Management and Marketing while participating in community outreach programs such as the Office of Multi-Ethnic Student Education Academic Excellence Society. With a master’s in accounting underway, Sophia brings a whole-enterprise approach to all efficiency and effectiveness programs. Sophia works directly with Mr. Proffitt, operating as a Chief of Staff internally and with external stakeholders across the Spartan Ecosystem.
